In the heart of Angers, near the station and the castle,

550m from the Palais de Justice and 850m from the Congress Center,

our apartment suites are available for rent,   

at night, weekly or monthly,

for your tourist stays as well as for your business trips.

​

You can book our suites at trade shows,

or as part of a professional assignment or transfer

(seasonal rental contract for a period from 1 to 3 months)  

​

The apartments can be used for half a day or for the day

as a workspace (coworking, coaching, meetings ...)

​

The whole house can also be booked for a family event

(wedding, birthday ...) by offering a sleeping capacity of up to 14 people.

​

Les Suites Angevines are apartments located in a typical house of Angers 

and offer the charm of the old while combining modernity and comfort.

​

Designed like a guest house, each suite is independent

and has a specific style and careful decoration.

​

The tufa stone facade, the entrance hall and the old cement tiles, the oak floors, the big staircase, the marble fireplaces, the high ceilings, the terrace and its slate awning contribute to the warm atmosphere of this house built at the end of the 19th century.

​​

Each apartment occupies one floor of the house and is accessible only by the oak staircase.

The house is not equipped with an elevator.

​

These suites offer quality services : bed and bathroom linen, equipped kitchen, ironing equipment, household appliances, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi connection.

​​

The location offers the advantage of being quiet and access to the city center in 5 minutes on foot.

The train station, the Courthouse, the congress center are easily accessible.

For essential purchases, the Place du Lycée located 250m from the Angevines Suites offers a variety of shops: bakery, greengrocer, mini-market, wine merchant, butcher, delicatessen, dry cleaning, tobacco-newspapers, florist, pharmacy ...

Angers Castle

​

  A quarter of an hour on foot, visit the imposing castle with its 17 two-tone towers in slate and tufa, enter by the drawbridge to discover its gardens as well as the famous  Tapestry of the Apocalypse, a jewel of medieval tapestry.

The specialties of Anjou

Passing through the slates of Trélazé and its museum, the quernons, the plum pâté, the gouline, the rillauds, the creams of Anjou, the Cointreau or even the wines of Anjou ...

Heart of the city

Its cobbled streets, the St-Maurice Cathedral, the 15th century Barrault house, the Saint Martin collegiate church, the 16th century Pincé house,  the charming place Ste-Croix with the house of Adam, whose architecture you can admire with its beautiful half-timbered facade, the large Place du Ralliement where there are many brands including  the Galeries Lafayette....

Gardens and Parks

The house is located near nice gardens within walking distance :

the Mail garden (6 minutes)

the garden of plants (10 minutes).

You can also reach by bike or car in 10 to 12 minutes, the Arboretum Gaston Allard, the shores of Lake Maine or the Parc de la Garenne and the Saint-Nicolas pond. The large Terra Botanica park is also accessible by car (15 minutes) or by tram  (25 min) the nearest station being 200m away.

Museums and shows

Accessible on foot, you can discover the Museum of Fine Arts and its gardens, the David d'Angers gallery and its glass roof housing David's sculptures, the Jean Lurçat museum and its Song of the World hanging, the Science Museum Natural, the Angers Military Engineering Museum.  

  The Grand Théâtre d'Angers, the Quai theater and the Palais des Congrès offer a range of shows and concerts (ONPL).

Sporting activities

Jogging, swimming pool (Jean Bouin or Aquavita), canoeing on the Maine, Ice rink (Angers ICEPARC), skateboarding (SKATEPARK d'Angers) ...


 

Stage of " the Loire by bike ",

Angers offers many cycle routes to quickly reach the shores of Lake Maine, the paths leading to Bouchemaine, Île Saint-Aubin or Île de Béhuard.
