OUR SUITES - APARTMENTS
In the heart of Angers, near the station and the castle,
550m from the Palais de Justice and 850m from the Congress Center,
our apartment suites are available for rent,
at night, weekly or monthly,
for your tourist stays as well as for your business trips.
You can book our suites at trade shows,
or as part of a professional assignment or transfer
(seasonal rental contract for a period from 1 to 3 months)
The apartments can be used for half a day or for the day
as a workspace (coworking, coaching, meetings ...)
The whole house can also be booked for a family event
(wedding, birthday ...) by offering a sleeping capacity of up to 14 people.

Les Suites Angevines are apartments located in a typical house of Angers
and offer the charm of the old while combining modernity and comfort.
Designed like a guest house, each suite is independent
and has a specific style and careful decoration.
The tufa stone facade, the entrance hall and the old cement tiles, the oak floors, the big staircase, the marble fireplaces, the high ceilings, the terrace and its slate awning contribute to the warm atmosphere of this house built at the end of the 19th century.
Each apartment occupies one floor of the house and is accessible only by the oak staircase.
The house is not equipped with an elevator.
These suites offer quality services : bed and bathroom linen, equipped kitchen, ironing equipment, household appliances, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi connection.
The location offers the advantage of being quiet and access to the city center in 5 minutes on foot.
The train station, the Courthouse, the congress center are easily accessible.
