The Terrace Suite is a three-room apartment (57m²) located on the ground floor overlooking a lovely sunny patio (34m²) with no neighbours opposite, where you can enjoy the wooden terrace surrounded by bamboo and its garden furniture.

The apartment consists of a large living room with antique parquet flooring and a flat-screen television, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-dining room (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchen equipment and crockery, etc.), a beautiful bedroom with a bay window opening onto the patio and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom is also equipped with a hairdryer, a washing machine and all the necessary ironing equipment.

 

For sleeping, the suite has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. An extra bed can be addes (on request and with additionnal cost) for a third person.

Families are therefore welcome  !

 

This is the ony apartment with a terrace and a shelter for parking bicycles. Ideal for visitors stopping off in Angers on the Loire à Vélo cycle route.
